Islamabad: Capital Development Authority (CDA) chairman
on Friday directed to Environment wing to start tree plantation along roads to
beautify the city. “Maximum trees should be planted in the city for improving
the environment| said chairman CDA. He said it was the primary responsibility
of CDA to meet the growing residential requirements of the citizens and bring
down skyrocketing prices of land in the federal capital, the chairman also
directed the development wing to start landscaping and development of the parks
at the designed sites in the sector.

level in Tarbela Dam was recorded at 1419.20 feet on Thursday while the dead
level was 1369 feet, according to IRSA data, the water inflow at the dam has
been recorded at 20,700 cusecs and the outflow remained at 34,000 causes,
sources in the water and the Power Ministry told daily News on Tuesday.
